About the Role
As a Construction Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently. You'll support both Finance and Operations, handling administrative tasks that keep our branch on track. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly contribute to the team's success. This is a full-time, in-office position Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
What You'll Be Doing
Accounting & Finance (50%)
- Process accounts payable and vendor payments
- Handle employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
- Invoicing
Operations Support (30%)
- Assist with purchasing, managing purchase orders, rentals
- Collaborate with Project and Service Managers
General Office Support (20%)
- First point of contact for incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Manage mail, office supplies and maintain office organization
- Arrange travel and assist with shipments and deliveries
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of accounting experience (QuickBooks Online proficiency required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, pass drug screen and physical
